祛瘀生肌法促进肛瘘术后创面修复临床疗效研究

The Clinical Study on the Stasis-removing and Muscle-regenerating to Promoting Repair of Wound Caused by the Anal Fistula Operation

观察祛瘀生肌法促进肛瘘术后创面修复的临床疗效，为肛瘘术后创面修复寻找有效疗法。将60例肛瘘术后患者随机分为两组，每组各30例。治疗组口服生肌化恭方同时配合外用生肌散创面换药，每日2次，治疗3周；对照组单纯外用生肌散换药，每日2次，治疗3周。观察记录患者创面色泽、创面新生肉芽组织情况、创面大小、愈合率等临床指标。结果显示，生肌化瘀方配合生肌散治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合，具有改善创面色泽，促进新生肉芽生长，加快创面愈合，提高临床疗效的作用，明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，祛瘀生肌法是促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的有效方法。

The objective of this study was to observe the clinical effects of the stasis-removing and muscleregenerating on repair of wound induced by anal fistula operation so as to find the effective therapy for postoperative repairing wound. The 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups： the treatment group and controlled group（30 cases,each group）. The treatment group received orally the ShengJiHuaYu prescription （for stasis-removing and muscle-regenerating） and changing dressing using ShengJi San（a powder for muscle-regenerating）,2 times/day,for 3 weeks;the controlled group,alone changing dressing using ShengJi San, 2 times/day,for 3 weeks. Then,the clinical indexes were observed and recorded, such as color of wound, fresh extent of the granulation tissue of wound, the area of wound and the recovery rate, and so on. Result showed that the prescription combined with ShengJi San could improve the wound color, promote the growth of fresh granulation tissue,in turn accelerate the recovery of wound and enhance clinical effects,so compared with controlled group treatment group had more apparent superiority（ P〈0.05）. Those show that the stasis-removing and muscle-regenerating therapy is an effective method to promote healing of wound induced by anal fistula operation.
