摘要
采用外剥内扎保留齿状线加消痔灵注射治疗混合痔180例，近期治愈率100％，无并发症。并对保留齿状线的意义、消痔灵注射液的应用、混合痔外剥内扎保留齿状线的机理及治疗优势进行了讨论。
External dissection ＆ internal ligation with dental line preserved plus XiaoZhiLing injection was adopted to treat 180 cases of mixed hemorrhoids. Their short-term curative rate was 100% ;no complication was found. Authors also discussed following issues, as the importance of dental line preserved, application of XiaoZhiLing injection, the mechanism of external dissection ＆ internal ligation with dental line preserved,as well its dominant aspects for mixed hemrrhoids.
