腰俞穴麻醉在肛肠病手术中的效果观察

The Observation on the Efficacy of Yaoshu Point Anesthesia in the Operation for Anorectal Diseases

为观察腰俞穴麻醉在肛肠病手术中的麻醉效果，将我院2002～2007年有完整资料的150例选用腰俞穴麻醉的肛肠病手术患者进行效果评估。结果90％以上的患者麻醉效果满意，其余患者需加用局部麻醉方能完成手术。结果表明，腰俞穴麻醉在肛肠病手术中具有操作简便、安全、效果好等优点，但仍有部分患者出现麻醉不全，术中牵拉反射，麻醉毒性反应和术后尿潴留等并发症，有待进一步改进与完善。

For the observing the efficacy of Yaoshu point anesthesia in the operation for anorectal disease, author evaluated the data（2002-2007 yr. ） of 150 cases who had received anorectal disease operation under Yaoshu point anesthesia. The analysed results showed that 90% of the patients satisfied for anesthesia efficacy;other patients required adding local anesthesie just to end the operation. Results show that the Yaoshu point anesthesia used in anoreetal disease operation has the advantages such as simple manipulation,safety and better efficaey,etc,but in some patients anesthesia defficiency reaction of traetion,anesthesia toxic reaction and postoperative retention of urine, etc may still happen. These adverse reactions need further to be improved and completed.
