旋转磁场对肺水肿、肺出血预防作用的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Preventive Effect of Revolving Magnetic Field for Pulmonary Edema and pulmonary Hemorrhage

本研究采用旋转磁疗机对10只小白鼠进行了实验性肺水肿、肺出血发生前旋磁预处理，以观察旋转磁场对肺水肿、肺出血的预防作用。实验结果发现、经旋磁预处理的小鼠（旋磁组）肺脏大体观察、肺组织病理切片、肺系数以及耳廓微循环与生理盐水组相比无明显差异（P＞0．05），而与对照组相比差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）。提示旋转磁场对肺水肿、肺出血有一定的预防作用。

To observe the preventive effect of Revolving Magnetic Field for Pulmonary Edema and Pulmonary Hemorrhage,we used type K-RMT3 revolving magnetic treator to pretreat 10 mice before they suffer from experimental Pulmonary Edema and Pulmonary Hemorrhage. The results indicated that gross examination, microscopy,lung indices and auricular microcirculation in Revolving Magnetic Field group had no significant difference (P>0.05) compared with normal saline group,but had significant difference(P< 0.01 ) Compared with control group. this suggested that Revolving Magnetic Field had prophylactic effect for Pulmonary Edema and Pulmonary Hemorrhage to some extent.
