摘要
工程质量管理是为每个项目的用户(顾客)和其他相关者提供高质量的工程和服务,实现项目目标,使用户满意。要达到工程项目目标,取得一个高质量的工程,必须对整个项目过程实施严格的质量控制,一要建立工程项目质量管理体系,二要运行质量管理体系。
The goal of quality control of projects is to provide the users or customers and others concerned with high-quality pro- jects and services to realize the projects and satisfy the customers. Strict quality control of the whole project must be carried out to reach the goal of the project with high quality, in which the first step is to build the quality control system and the second step is to keep the system effective.
