摘要
传统手工方法测定水中挥发酚的含量,操作过程复杂,效率极低,采用流动注射分光光度法可快速准确进行测定。文章对LACHAT公司的QC8500连续流动注射分析仪的线性范围、精密度、准确度进行了测定,结果与手工理化法测量结果相近,符合要求,可用于水中挥发酚含量的测定。
The traditional method of determining the content of volatile phenol in water is complex in process and low in effi- ciency, while the flow-injection spectrophotometric method can make the determination quicker and more accurate. The examination of the linear range, accuracy and precision of the continuous flow-injection analyzer produced by LACHAT company is close to the result of manual physical-chemical method, which conforms to the requirements, and can he used in determining the content of volatile phenol in water.
