摘要
以FeC l3.6H2O为原料,采用液相法制备前驱体,在助熔剂中煅烧合成片状氧化铁粉体,作为珠光颜料基片。研究了各种单一或复合盐类作为助熔剂对最终产品形貌的影响,结果表明,在复合助熔剂(Na2SO4+K2SO4)体系中,可制得表面光滑、珠光效应显著的六角形片状氧化铁粉体。通过XRD进行物相分析,得知在1 100℃下煅烧后产品可完全转化成赤铁矿型α-Fe2O3。
A flake iron oxide for the base of pearlescent pigment was prepared with FeCl3 · 6H2O as raw material using the liquid process to prepare the precursor, and then caleinated in the flux salt. The effect of different kind of single or compound flux salt on the morphology of final product was studied. The results showed that the flake iron oxide powder which has smooth surface and uniform particle size was synthesized when (Na2SO4 + K2SO4 ) was used as compound flux salt. The final product was entirely transformed into hematite α -Fe2O3 after calcinated at 1 100 ℃, which was amalyzed by XRD.
