摘要
研究了利用双针床多轴向经编技术编织生产可反复拉挤的玻璃纤维或碳纤维增强聚合物复合材料(GFC或CFC)的发展和制造状况,并基于优化的挤压成型工艺过程(MVI,挤压和牵拉技术),对这些预成型材料进行测试,对其用于复合材料的经济适用性进行了评估。
The objectives of presented work were the development and manufacture of ready-to-pultrusion textile preforms for endless glass or carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites ( GFC and CFC) by means of double needle bar multiaxial warp knitting technique. On basis of optimum laminate forming processes (MVI,pressclav-technique and pultrusion) the use of these preforms was tested and their suitability for cost effective composite processing was evaluated.
