摘要
根据国家标准中火焰原子吸收光谱法测定糖果中铜的含量。比较全面地考虑了整个测定过程的不确定度来源,对影响结果不确定度的各个因素作了系统分析,建立了结果不确定度评定数学模型,并探讨了其测定结果不确定度。
The copper content in candy was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer according to the nation standard. The source of indetermination degree in the process was considered rela tively, and made a system analysis to each factor, which influence the result indetermination degree. A mathematical model was made to assess the indetermination degree, and inquiried into its measurement result indetermination a degree.
