四单位种植固定桥不同设计方案的生物力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了观察四单位种植固定桥不同设计方案的优劣性,对中国力学虚拟人数据库中现有骨模型进行改建,形成4种不同方案的几何模型并导入ABAQUS6.5-1完成相应有限元分析,采用均布垂直、均布斜向、集中垂直和集中斜向4种加载方式,较好地模拟了口腔咀嚼过程.分析结果表明,将第一磨牙设计为桥体的方案(■)为最佳,其应力分布情况良好,有利于设计的成功率,为临床治疗提供了可靠的理论依据. In order to choose the best way to arrange the dental implants in a four-unit implant-supported fixed prostileses(ISFPs), the 3D finite element analysis(FEA) model was built by the way of remodeling from the mechanical virtual human of China database. The FEA process was conducted in ABAQUS6.5-1. The loading conditions can be divided into multiple and single mode, and each has two types of force, vertical and oblique force. The final FEA results suggest that the first molar is the best place to be defined as the bridge. The design √45X7 reveals the best stress condition compared with the others, which will be good for the success of ISFPs.
