活性炭纤维的改性及其表面特性对挂膜启动的影响 被引量:10

摘要 采用热氧化、硝酸浸渍、过氧化氢浸渍等方法对聚丙烯腈基活性炭纤维(PAN-ACF)进行改性处理,使用FT-IR、Boehm滴定法、SEM、BET等分析技术表征了改性前后PAN-ACF表面官能团种类、含氧基团数量、表面微观结构及比表面积等表面特性。以经过改性处理的PAN-ACF为载体填料进行活性污泥接种挂膜试验,探索研究改性PAN-ACF表面特性中影响挂膜效果的主要因素。结果表明,相对于PAN-ACF的微观结构及比表面积的变化,表面含氧基团数量的提升更有利于挂膜初期接种污泥在其表面的附着,从而整体上加快挂膜驯化进程。 PAN-ACF was modified by different methods, such as heat oxidation, nitric acid dipping and hydrogen peroxide dipping, the characteristics changes of the PAN-ACF before and after modification such as kinds of surface functional groups, amounts of oxygen function groups, surface microstructure and specific surface were analyzed by FT-IR, Boehm. Titration, SEM and BET. The PAN-ACF was used as carrier to carry on biofilm culturing experiment, effect of the main factor of characteristics of modified PAN-ACF on bin-film culturing was researched. The result showed that, compared with the changes ofPAN-ACF's microstructure and specific surface, the increase of amount of oxygen ftmction groups will promote the inoculation activated sludge adhering to its surface, promote the process ofbiofilm start-up and domestication consequently.
