摘要
目的:优选最佳麸炒苍术炮制工艺。方法:以多指标综合分析,采用L9(34)正交试验设计法筛选麸炒苍术炮制工艺。结果:每100g苍术加麦麸30g,150℃时投药,炒制5min,翻炒频率70次/min为苍术麸炒最佳工艺。结论:验证试验表明最佳工艺切实可行,结果稳定。
OBJECTIVE To select the best processing paramerter of stir-fry Rhizoma atractylodes with wheat bran. METHODS L9 (3^4) orthogonal tests were carried out by multi-index comprehensive analysis in the study. RESULTS The best tech-nological paramerteres proportion of wheat bran and to Rhizoma atractylodes was 30 g: 100 g, temperature of adding medicine is 150℃, and turnning frequency was 70 times/min. CONCLUSION The verification tests indicate that the technology is feasible and result is stable.
