湖北产芸香草挥发油化学成分气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:2

Analysis the chemical constituents of essential oil from Hubei Cymbopogon distans by GC-MS

摘要 目的:分析湖北产禾本科香茅属植物芸香草挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱分析(GC-MS)进行成分分析。结果:经毛细管色谱分离出98个峰,并且确认了其中45个化合物,占总挥发油相对含量91.93%。主要成分为橙花醇(36.72%),其次为杜松醇(4.28%),喇叭茶碱(3.89%),上述3种化合物的含量占挥发油总量的48.83%。结论:采用GC-MS分析湖北产芸香草挥发油的化学成分,为其进一步研究开发利用提供了科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents in essential oil of Gym bopogon distans. METHODS Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation (SD) and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS Forty-five principal components, about 91.93% of the oil, were identified. Main components were nerol (36. 72%), cadinol(4. 28%) and palustrol (3. 89%). These compounds account for about 48. 83% of the whole essential oil CONCLUSION GC-MS was used to analysis the chemical constituent of essential oil from Cymbopogon distans and provide scientific basis for more researches and utilizations.
