复方雷公藤胶囊药效学考察

Experimental observation on the pharmacodynamics effect of compound Triptergium wilfordii capsule

目的:观察复方雷公藤胶囊对银屑病动物模型的药效学作用,为制剂的进一步研究提供理论依据。方法:分别采用雌鼠阴道上皮细胞模型和小鼠尾部鳞片模型观察复方雷公藤胶囊对雌鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层的作用。结果:复方雷公藤胶囊能抑制雌鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,促进小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层的形成。结论:复方雷公藤胶囊具有抗银屑病的药理作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the pharmacodynamics effect of compound Triptergium wilfordii capsules. METHODS The therapeutic effect of the capsule on epithelial cell mitosis and stratum granulosum was detected by using mouse vaginal mucous and mouse tail as experimental models. RESULTS The capsules showed inhibiting effect on mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and promoting effect on the formation of epiermal granular layer in the scales of mouse tail. CONCLUSION Compound Triptergiurn wilfordii capsules may have effect in the treatment of psoriasis.
