头孢地嗪在儿科应用的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinic effect and safety investigation of cefodizime for pediatrics use

目的:观察头孢地嗪在儿科应用的临床疗效及安全性。方法:119例细菌感染性患儿,全部按照头孢地嗪60～80mg.kg-1.d-1,q12h,溶于生理盐水,疗程7～14d。结果:本组119例患儿在治疗中有效率为94.11%,不良反应发生率为2.52%,全部患儿尿常规、肝、肾功能正常,未发现严重不良反应。结论:头孢地嗪在儿科应用安全、有效,可作为治疗儿科感染性疾病的新选择。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical （therapeutic） effectiveness and safety of cefodizime（CDZ） used in pediatrics. METHODS The cases of 119 children with bacterial infection were received with 60-80 mg·kg·d^-1 CDZ, ivgtt, q1 2h for the course of treatment 7-14 days. RESULTS The total effective rate was 94. 11%,and the adverse reaction rate was 2. 52%. The results of urine routine test, hepar function and renal function were in normal range in all the cases. CONCLUSION The CDZ has good clinical therapeutic efficacy and high safety on children, and can be used as a new antibacterial choice for children with infectious diseases.
