摘要
采用正交设计,研究了不同激素浓度组合、苗龄和子叶大小对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)再生植株的影响。结果表明,切除1/3的子叶和6 d苗龄的子叶,其愈伤诱导率高且质量好,最佳愈伤诱导培养基为MS+0.3 mg·L-1 IAA+1.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA;最佳芽伸长培养基为MS+0.05 mg·L-1 6-BA,由它们获得的再生植株健壮,成活率为100%。
The effect of different hormone combination, seedling stage and cotyledon size on cucumber regeneration plant was studied by using orthogonal design. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was.. MS+0.3 mg·L^-1 IAA+ 1.5 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA,and resection of 1/3 and 6 days seedling stage were the most suitable for inoculation. The best medium for bud elongation was: MS+0.05 mg·L^-1 6-BA medium. The regeneration adult plants were vigorous and healthy, and the survival rate reached 100%.
