摘要
研究了NaCl和Na2CO3对扁穗雀麦新品系种子萌发特性的影响,结果表明,0.2%~0.4%的NaCl和Na2CO3处理与对照相比,发芽启动时间相同,均在第5天,随着浓度的升高,发芽开始的时间推后。在不同浓度NaCl和Na2CO3处理下,扁穗雀麦种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数随着盐浓度的增加而呈下降的趋势,同浓度条件下,扁穗雀麦种子对NaCl的忍耐能力大于对Na2CO3的。不同浓度NaCl和Na2CO3处理下,扁穗雀麦种子的胚芽和胚根受到的抑制程度不同,但都是胚根受到的抑制作用大于胚芽;在同浓度条件下,NaCl处理组对胚芽和胚根的抑制程度大于Na2CO3处理组。
The effect on the germination characteristics of Bromus cartharticus under NaCl and Na2CO3 stress were studied in this experiment. The result showed that the germination started at the 5th day under the lower conecntratons treatments and the time was retarded with the sodium concentration increasing. The change of gemination rate, germination index and vitality index of B.cartharticus showed the declining trend with the sodium concentration increasing under the different NaC1 and Na2CO3 concentration treatments. The suffertihility to NaCl stress of B.cartharticus was bigger than that of Na2CO3 stress under the same concentration. The length of plumula and radicella of B.cartharticus beeame shorter than that of control. But the inhibition extent of radicella was bigger than that of plumula. Under the same concentration,the inhibition extenl of NaCl treatment groups were higher than that of the Na2CO3 treatment groups.
