摘要
连续3年对昆明市西山区大河果园乔纳金、金冠、红富士3个苹果品种的果实品质进行了分析,结果表明,3个品种的苹果成熟先后顺序是乔纳金、金冠、红富士;红富士品种的平均单果重较其他两个品种大,各品种的果形指数均达0.825以上,大、中型果所占比例均在75.00%以上,成熟度达8.0以上时,糖酸比均在40以上。红富士苹果的果实硬度在9.0 kg·cm-2左右,维生素C含量为5.67~8.65 mg·100g-1,钾/钙的比值低于30。
The qualities of Jonagold, Golden Delicious and Red Fuji from the Dahe Orchard in Xishan, Kunming were analyzed from 2005 to 2007. The results indicated that the 3 cultivars were matured in the order of Jonagold, Gold Delicious and Red Fuji. The mean fruit weight of Red Fuji was higher than others. All the indices of fruit and the proportion of large and middle-sized fruits were over 0.825 and 75.00%, respectively. When the degree of fruit maturity reached above 8.0, the sugar-acid ratios surpassing 40 were observed in any cuhivar. The fruit hardness, vitamin C content and K/Ca ratio of Red Fuji were approximately 9.0kg.cm^-2, 5.67-8.65mg.100g^-1 and less than 30, respectively.
