摘要
基于质量安全角度,对我国现阶段柑橘供应链构建所面临的问题进行了分析。认为其主要存在农产品质量安全管理体系不健全、市场准入机制与信息可追溯体系均未建立、缺乏市场末端控制机制等问题;并针对有关问题提出了相应的对策与建议。
The paper analyzed the problems existed in the citrus fruit supply chain based on the food quality and safety. The problems were the absence of the agricultural product quality and safety management system, market access mechanism, system of the traceability and the control mechanism of market end. Some countermeasures to reform the citrus fruit supply chain in China were proposed.
