面向过程协同的复杂产品快速扩散制造执行平台

摘要 快速扩散制造贯穿了企业内制造与跨企业协同制造两种制造模式,针对复杂零部件扩散制造运行的需求,构建了面向过程协同的复杂产品快速扩散制造执行平台,该平台可支持盟主优化生产排程,建立扩散生产预案及虚拟企业,并在工作流执行服务的协调下由企业内部和外部的资源协同完成生产任务。针对某分厂具体生产任务对该平台进行了应用验证。 Mobilized collaborative manufacturing, which connects and covers the functions of manufacturing execution system (MES) inside enterprise and collaborative manufacturing system across enterprises. With the requirements to support mobilized collaborative manufacturing for complex products, this paper presented a process cooperation oriented mobilized collaborative manufacturing platform,which will help enterprises establish optimum production schedule and production reservation with due date constraints, construct virtual enterprise, and use internal and external resources to complete manufacturing activities with the coordination of multi agent system and workflow system. A prototype system was constructed and proved with a real production case study.
