摘要
基于平面简谐波在弹性介质传递过程中能量与波动同步传播的特点,提出一种以能量分布为出发点,识别转子连续碰摩状态的方法。该方法用快速傅里叶变换处理测振信号,以能量的观点分析振动色谱图和功率谱密度图,并结合时域图、频谱图判断转子的碰摩状态。经验证,试验结果和数据分析结果吻合,为工程中转子碰摩状态诊断提供了实践依据。
Based on the characteristics of the process that resonant wave transmitted in elastic medium, a method was developed to identify the state of continuous rotor-rubbing from the point of energy distribution. Processing signals by FFT, analyzing PSD chart and color map from energy point, and combining time domain chart and frequency chart were used to confirm the state. Through experiments, the lab results and the analysis results are identical. And this experience can be used in engineering to identify the state of rotor rubbing.
