模钉体积比对异种金属自冲铆接接头成形性能影响分析 被引量:21

Influence of Die-rivet Volume Ratio on Forming Performance of Self-piercing Riveting Joints of Dissimilar Materials

摘要 研究了自冲铆接中模钉体积比对铝-钢以及钢-铝铆接接头的影响。试验结果表明,当模钉体积比大于1时,铝-钢与钢-铝铆接接头都具有较大的底切量;同时,对于钢-铝铆接接头而言,较大的模钉体积比有利于减小铆钉内侧与上层钢板之间的接头空隙,保证接头的紧密性。 This paper developed the influence of die-rivet volume ratio on self-piercing riveting joints of Al-to-steel and steel-to-Al combinations separately. The experimental results show that both joints of Al-to-steel and steel-to-Al combinations has larger undercut quantity when die-rivet volume ratio is larger than 1; meanwhile, for joint of steel-to-Al combination, larger die-rivet volume ratio is propitious to minimize the gap between the inner surface of rivet and upper surface of top steel sheet and that will insure the tightness of the joint.
