Convenient and effective information sharing is the main purpose of network information sharing system. In order to handle various Excel files, it is not necessary to predesign the database＇s tables structure which will be created by Excel files automaticly. When querying or updating data,the system will generate the fields automaticly for users to choose and set operating conditions, so, there is no necessary to predesign forms in the whole process, and, the seach result will output with Excel file which can be edited very easily by users. Practice has proved that this method provides a highly efficient development programs.
