耳穴贴压治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Auricular Point Pressing for Chronic Urticaria

目的:观察耳穴贴压治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为观察组(耳穴贴压治疗) 32例、对照组(依巴斯汀、雷尼替丁联合用药治疗组)30例,比较2组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床痊愈率为62.5%,总有效率为93.8%,对照组分别为33.3%和83.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组在治疗期间未出现不良反应,对照组分别出现嗜睡16例(53.3%)、便秘8例(26.7%)、口干7例(23.3%)。结论:耳穴贴压治疗慢性荨麻疹具有方便、有效、无恐惧感的特点,是治疗慢性荨麻疹的理想方法之一。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of auricular point pressing for chronic urticaria(CU).Methods:Sixty-two CU patients were randomixed into 2 groups:the observation group(n=32) received auricular point pressing,and the control group(n=30) received Ebastine Tablets and Ranitidine Tablets.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results:The clinical cure rate was 62.5%and the total effective rate was 93.8%in the observation group.In the control group,the clinical cure rate was 33.3%and the total effective rate was 83.3%.The differences were significant or very significant between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), indicating that auricular point pressing had better effect than the combination of anti-histamine drugs.No side effect was found in the observation group during treatment.However,in the control group,insomnis occurred in 16(53.3%) patients,constipation occurred in 8(26.7%) and dry mouth occurred in 7(23.3%).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing is effective for CU,having the advantages of convenience,efficiency and safety.
