摘要
为了弥补剑杆织机在开口和引纬方面的缺陷,通过分析安装经纱托纱板前后织口形式的变化并调整相应的上机工艺参数,将下层经纱与导剑钩之间对剑头剑带的挤压长度由700mm缩短为300mm。生产实践表明,正确安装经纱托纱板,配合适宜的上机工艺参数,不但可以降低断经和减少"三跳"疵点,而且还可以延长剑头剑带和导剑钩等重要器材的使用寿命。
To make up the disadvantage of opening and weft insertion in rapier loom,through analysing cloth-fell form change before and after installing thread bar and adjusting corresponding loom processing parameter, extrusion length between lower layer warp & rapier guide and lower layer warp & rapier head or rapier ribbon were shorten from 700 mm to 300 mm. The practice shows that warp breakage and group float & stitch defects Could be reduced and the life of rapier head & rapier ribbon & rapier guide et al accessaries could be prolonged by installing warp thread bar correetly and setting suitable loom processing parameter.
