Development of Cotton Banana Fibre Blended Yarn

为改善棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱的性能,针对脱胶香蕉纤维粗、硬及成纱性能较差的特点,对香蕉纤维进行了化学改性处理,并对棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱工艺进了调整和改进。结果表明:在纺纱前对香蕉纤维进行化学改性处理并适当调整纺纱工艺有助于提高棉纤维香蕉纤维混纺纱的可纺性能,提高成纱强力,改善成纱条干和毛羽。

To improve cotton banana fibre blended yarn property,according to degummed banana fibre property such as coarseness,hardness and bad yarn property,chemical modification treatment were carried on banana fibre,processing of cotton banana fibre blended yarn were adjusted and modified. The result shows that spinnability of cotton banana fibre blended yarn could be improved,blended yarn strength could be increased,yarn evenness and hairiness could be improved by chemical modification treatment on banana fibre before spinning and adjusting spinning processing properly.
