The External Impact to Employment Increase and the Expansion of Labor Market

China's speed-oriented model of employment growth suffered in the global economic depression and it is a rational choice to explore new route of employment growth. However,the guiding policy of employment in our country still maintains a focus on a strong route and a preference on non-formal departments,which is structurally deviating from the laws of industrial development and laborer's preference and makes difficult to realize fully employment. The solution is to deepen system reform,expand employment market and establish a laborer market system even in the sphere of the basic public service.
