New Problems that Internationalism Faces in the Multi-cultural Background

经济全球化使正义问题由国内走向国际。国际正义的实质是发展中国家与发达国家、富人与穷人要有平等的生存权和发展权。然而,在多元文化背景下,解决国际正义问题,面临着解决国内正义问题所不同的新课题。世界各国唯有在兼顾经济利益和全球利益的前提下,建立平等对话机制,积极达成对正义的共识,加强国际合作,才能建立公平正义的世界经济社会秩序。

The economic globalization leads justice from a domestic issue to an international one. The essence is that the developing countries should have the equal right in survival and development as the developed countries. However,in the multi-cultural background,the solution to international justice faces a new problem different form the domestic one. Only by considering the economic interests and global interests,establishing equal dialogue mechanism,reaching a consensus of justice and strengthening international cooperation,can the just social order of world's economy be established.
