摘要
为克服多人同时申请电子现金时银行可能遇到的网络或计算瓶颈,将椭圆曲线上双线性对运算与代理盲签名的特性相结合构造了一个较为实用的电子现金系统,使得银行在遇到上述问题时可将电子现金签发权交给其下的各支行去完成,从而在保证安全的同时提高了系统的效率.
This paper combine the virtues of Bilincar Maps based on elliptic curve with the characters of Proxy Blind Signatures and design a more practical E-Cash system to conquer the bottle-neck of computing and network when many people apply E-Cash at one time. This scheme ensures the securities and improves the efficiency of the E - Cash system because when the above matter appears the bank can deliver its power of issuing E-Cash to branch banks.
