An aided- tool was proposed for NoC （Network- on- Chip） modeling and simulation. The SystemC- based tool employs hybrid- accuracy models, which include cycle- accurate NcC architecture and statistical traffics models. It also supports behavior - accurate application models comprehensively. The implementation and configuration parameters were elaborated, especially that of modeling, deployment and simulation of the behavior- accurate application based- on process- network.
