低碳水化合物饮食对肥胖2型糖尿病患者体重和血糖的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察在低碳水化合物饮食情况下,肥胖2型糖尿病患者体重、血糖的变化。方法:采用随机对照研究,40例肥胖2型糖尿病患者分配至低碳水化合物饮食+双胍类药物治疗组和常规糖尿病饮食+双胍类药物治台疗组,各20例。结果:治疗6周后研究组与对照组体重的平均值较基线相比分别下降了10.91、3.37 kg(P<0.05);体重指数的均值较基线相比分别下降了7.04、2.16 kg/m^2(P<0.05);空腹血糖的均值较基线相比分别下降了5.04、2.1 8 mmol/L(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白的均值较基线相比分别下降了5.05%、2.08%(P<0.05)。结论:低碳水化合物饮食可以改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者的体重、体重指数、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白,且疗效优于常规糖尿病饮食。因此,低碳水化合物饮食也是治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的一种有效的方法。 Objective: To study the changing of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and bodyweight (BW) body of obese patients with type 2 diabetes on a low-carbohydrate diet (LCD). Methods: In this randomised controlled trial, Research group:20 obese patients with type 2 diabetes were advised routine eatment of lowcarbohydrate associated with biguanides diet. control group: 20 obese patients with type 2 diabetes were advised on the treatment of the routine diabetic diet high-carbohydrate diet. Results: After 6 month, Body Weigh, BMI, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and HBAlc of Research group are lower than control group,the difference was significant (P d0.05). Conclusion: A low-carbohydrate diet can improve the body Weigh, BMI, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and HBA1c of type 2 diabetes and it is an effective way in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.
