摘要
目的：评价ＣＤＵＳ在周围动脉闭塞性疾病检查中的应用价值。方法：对５６例经血管造影对照或／和手术病理及临床住院确诊的病人进行彩色多普勒超声仪、连续波多普勒、肢体光电容积和节段动脉压检查，男４６例，女１０例，年龄为１９～８０岁。结果：ＣＤＵＳ与出院诊断的符合率为９８．２％；ＣＤＵＳ、ＣＷ、ＰＰＧ、ＳＢＰ对１１４条（处）病变血管的显示符合率分别为：９７．４％、６３．２％、４２．１％、６４．０％。结论：ＣＤＵＳ是周围动脉闭塞性疾病最佳无创伤检查方法之一。
bjective: To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) in occlussive diseases of peripheral artery. Methods: The materials of CDUS. CW(Continous Wave) .PPG(Photo Plethysmo Graphy) and SBP(segmental blood pressure) of 56 cases were analysed and compared with the results of angiography, operative findings or clinical followup. The series included 46 men and 10 women, the age ranging from 19 to 80 years. Results:Diagnostic compatibility was 98.2% between CDUS and the diagnosis at discharge. The coincidence retes of display of CDUS, CW, PPG and SBP to angiography were respectively 97.4% , 63.2% ,42.1% ,64.0% in 114 vessels (or sites). Conclusion:CDUS is one of the best non-invasive examination methods for occlusive diseases of peripheral artery.
