摘要
目的:探讨各向同性扫描在鼻窦检查中的应用价值。方法:使用GE Lightspeed VCT机,随机抽取30例鼻窦区CT扫描样本同时进行各向同性容积CT扫描与横断扫描加冠状扫描检查的两组患者,将原始图像数据减薄后用Batch模式行多平面重建。由2名高年资放射科医师将各向同性扫描与横断扫描加冠状扫描图像,从图像质量和放射剂量两方面进行对比分析。结果:各向同性容积CT扫描图像质量优良的30例,与横断扫描加冠状扫描的图像质量一致。2组间统计学差异无意义(P>0.05)。放射剂量的比较:各向同性容积CT扫描图像总辐射剂量(380 mGy/cm)小于横断扫描加冠状扫描总辐射剂量(760 mGy/cm)。结论:各向同性容积CT扫描检查观察全面、诊断信息更丰富,病人的辐射剂量减少,可作为鼻窦检查首选影像检查方法。
To explore the value of isotropic scan in accessory nasal sinuses. Methods: Thirty cases of accessory nasal sinuses with isotropic volume CT scanning and axial and coronal view scanning simultaneously by GE VCT was selected radomly, and their original data were devided to thinner thickness,and then multiplanner resconstruction was done. Images of two groups were compaired with the image quality and their radiation dose by two experienced radiologists. Results: The adequate quality of isotropie scan was 100%(30/30). There were no static difference in the quality between two groups (P〉0.05).The radiation dose of isotropic scan was 380 mGy/cm which was less than that of axial and coronal view scan (760 mGy/cm). Conclusion: Radition dose of isotropic scan was lower than that of axial and coronal view, and the quality of the image was the same as that of axial and coronal view. Isotropic scan could be the first choice scanning methods in accessory nasal sinuses.
