正畸-正颌联合治疗骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形术后软硬组织变化的研究

A study of soft and hard tissues changes in patients with skeletal classⅢmalocclusion after orthodontic and surgical treatments

目的:评估骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形患者正畸正颌联合治疗后软硬组织的变化。方法:1 2例骨性Ⅲ类患者,分别在治疗前和治疗后6个月拍摄头颅定位侧位片,对17个软硬组织标志点的变化进行测量统计学分析,评估患者软硬组织的变化。结果:治疗后上颌各软硬组织标志点向前移位,而下颌均向后移位。结论:患者经正畸-正颌联合治疗后侧貌改善明显。

Objective. To investigate soft and hard tissue changes in patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion after orthodontic and surgical treatments. Methods： Twelve patients were taken standardized lateral cephalograms before treatment and 6months after treatment. The landmarks were analized in horizontal direction. Results： After treatment, the landmarks of soft and hard tissues on maxillary moved forward, but the landmarks of on mandibular moved behind. Conclusions： The combined orthodontic and surgical treatment is an efficient way to cure skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.
