摘要
目的:对新疆不同区域沙枣中总糖、和鞣质的含量进行测定并比较。方法:本人用苯酚-硫酸法测定沙枣中总糖、多糖的含量,以磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法测定鞣质的含量,以沙枣中总糖、多糖和鞣质的含量为考察指标。结果:苯酚-硫酸法和磷钼钨酸-干酪素的各项方法学指标符合要求,可做为测定沙枣药材质量研究的方法。沙枣中总糖、多糖和鞣质的平均含量分别为(59.7±3.14)%、(9.76±0.74)%和(0.34±0.03)%。结论:新疆不同产地沙枣中多糖,总糖,鞣质含量没有较大的差异。
Objective: To compare the content of total sugar, polysaccharides and tannins in elaeagnus angustifolia in different area of Xinjiang. Methods: The content of total sugar, polysaccharides were measured colorimetrically by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid, and the casein method to tannins, with the content of total sugar, polysaecharides and tannins as assessment indexes, respectively. Results: The methodological indexes of the detecting methods above meet the requirement of study to medicinal material. The content of total sugar, polysaceharides and tannins were (59.7±3.14)%, (9.76±0.74)% and (0.34±0.35)%, respectively. Conclusion: There were no significant difference in the contents of total sugar, polysaccharides and tannins from different places in Xinjiang .
