摘要 快速成形技术发展至今,基于焊接熔覆的直接金属快速成形已成为其研究热点和一个重要发展方向。总结了焊接熔覆快速成形技术的国内外研究现状,阐述了目前该技术研究存在的一系列问题,最后针对焊接熔覆快速成形工艺的特点,对进一步的研究提出了建议。 As the rapid prototyping technique developed till now, the directly rapid metallic prototyping based on welding cladding had become one of its study hot points and the important trend of development. This paper summarized the present study situation of the rapid prototyping technique of welding cladding both in home and abroad, described a series of problems in this technique study at present, and finally some suggestions on further study by referring to the process features of the rapid prototyping cladding were put forword.
