甘蔗压榨机撕解机刀用GYSD608焊条的研制

Development of the exclusive welding electrode GYSD608 used for welding of shredder cutter of sugar cane squeezer

根据甘蔗压榨机撕解机刀对焊条技术性能的要求,较详细地介绍了GYSD608焊条研制技术路线和焊条配方设计原则。试验结果表明:焊条具有良好的焊接工艺性能;堆焊金属硬度达到HRC60以上,并具有良好的耐磨性能。与同类焊条相比,该焊条具有较高的性价比。应用结果显示:经过一个榨糖周期(171d)的使用,堆焊金属质量良好。因此,该焊条具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。

Based on the technical property of the welding electrode required by the shredder, the technical route of the GYSD608 welding electrode and the formula design principle of the welding electrode were described particularly in this paper. The test results showed that the electrode had good welding process property, the hardness of surfacing welded metal was above HRC60, and with proper abrasion resistance performance. Compared with the same kind of other welding electrodes, the electrode was proven to be high in price-to- performance ratio. The application result indicated that surfacing welded metal was good in quality after a sugar cane squeezing cycle (171) application. Therefore, this electrode was good both in promotional value and application prospect.
