银屑病患者外周血T细胞极迟抗原-4的表达

Expression of very late antigen-4 on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis

目的:探讨极迟抗原-4(VLA-4)在银屑病患者外周血T细胞的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测45例银屑病患者(26例进行期、19例静止期)和25例健康体检者(对照组)外周血T细胞VLA-4的表达,并结合银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数(PASI)进行相关性分析。结果:银屑病进行期患者外周血T细胞VLA-4的表达水平明显高于静止期患者和对照组(P<0.05),静止期患者VLA-4的表达水平与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),银屑病患者外周血T细胞VLA-4的表达水平与PASI评分无明显相关关系(r=0.26,P>0.05)。结论:银屑病患者外周血T细胞VLA-4表达增高,可能与银屑病的发病有关。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of very late antigen-4 （VLA-4） on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis. Methods The expression of VLA-4 on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 45 patients with psoriasis [26 cases at active stage （active group） and 19 cases at static stage （static group）] and 25 normal controls （control group） was detected by flow cytometry, and its correlation with psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） was analyzed. Results The expression of VLA-4 was significantly higher in active group than those in static group and control group （P 〈 0.05）, and was not different between the later two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The expression of VLA-4 was not significantly correlated with PASI score （r = 0.26,P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of VLA-4 on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis is increased, which is probably related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
