人脑星形细胞瘤周缘组织中组织蛋白酶与CD105表达的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨人脑星形细胞瘤周缘组织中组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)与CD105表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例人脑星形细胞瘤和9例正常脑组织标本中Cath-D与CD105蛋白表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果:Cath-D在正常脑组织中阴性表达,而在低级别、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤周缘组织中表达分值分别为2.667±0.984、7.267±1.335、11.539±1.127。正常脑组织CD105蛋白阴性表达,而各级人脑星形细胞瘤周缘组织均有CD105蛋白阳性表达。高倍视野下(×400倍)低级别、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤中CD105-微血管密度(MVD)分别是(5.917±0.289)个/视野、(12.920±0.336)个/视野、(20.446±0.418)个/视野。星形细胞瘤周缘组织中Cath-D蛋白表达与CD105-MVD呈正相关(r=0.948,P<0.05)。结论:人脑星形细胞瘤周缘组织中Cath-D蛋白表达与CD105-MVD呈正相关,说明两者通过相互作用促进瘤细胞的侵袭、浸润和转移,对判断星形细胞瘤的预后起到一定提示作用。
