不同表型冠心病血浆可溶性血小板内皮细胞黏附因子-1及血栓素B2的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血浆可溶性血小板内皮细胞黏附因子-1(sPECAM-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法(ELISA)测定86例CHD患者和23例非CHD患者的血浆PECAM-1、TXB2水平,进行对照分析。结果:急性冠脉综合征组患者血浆sPECAM-1、TXB2水平明显高于对照组,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组和陈旧性心肌梗死(OMI)组差异有显著性(P<0.01),而且ACS组内急性心肌梗死(AMI)组血浆sPECAM-1、TXB2水平明显高于不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组(P<0.05)。OMI组与对照组血浆sPECAM-1、TXB2水平有明显差异(P<0.05),OMI与SAP组组间差异较小(P>0.05),SAP组和对照组差异较小(P>0.05)。CHD患者的血浆PECAM-1与TXB2水平呈正相关(r=0.7957)。结论:血浆sPECAM-1、TXB2水平与CHD临床表型密切相关,在急性冠脉综合征时增高明显,可作为粥样斑块稳定性的预测因子。过高的血浆sPECAM-1可能是CHD的一个新的危险因素。sPECAM-1可通过多种途径参与、影响CHD的发生和发展。sPECAM-1和TXB2水平的检测可能为CHD的防治提供一个新的思路和方法。
