ASPP基因家族与肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细胞凋亡功能异常引起的细胞增殖和死亡失衡是肿瘤形成和发展的重要因素之一。p53是目前公认的与肿瘤发生发展相关性最高的抑癌基因之一,当细胞DNA受到损伤后.受损细胞进入周期停滞或凋亡通路,这一过程主要受p53基因的调控,但p53如何作用于这两种不同的选择机制尚不清楚。
