从古代式法看卫气运行兼论子午流注之缺失

式法是古人用于历算占卜的工具,《内经》借助式法的原理说明天体运行与人体卫气之间的同步关系,并认为,审察卫气所在而施刺,是针灸治病提高疗效的关键。但是由于缺乏一套推算卫气流经时刻的方法,使候气而刺的理想难以实现。金人何若愚声称他所创立的子午流注针法解决了这一难题,但从式法所示的天人关系和营卫理论上考察,子午流注并非是一套真能推算卫气所在以定时取穴的方法。
