正品威灵仙与贵州地区习用品主要药效的对比研究

Comparison of Pharmacodynamics of Clematis Chinensis and it's Conventional Varieties Used in Guizhou

目的:通过正品威灵仙与贵州地区习用品种柱果铁线莲和山木通主要药效学的对比研究,对柱果铁线莲和山木通与正品威灵仙进行药效质量评价。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀和小鼠棉球肉芽肿等实验进行抗炎实验,采用醋酸扭体法进行镇痛实验。结果:柱果铁线莲和山木通与正品威灵仙对小鼠足肿胀、小鼠耳肿胀和棉球肉肿等炎症和对醋酸引起的扭体反应具有明显的抑制作用;且柱果铁线莲对小鼠足肿胀的抑制作用和山木通对醋酸引起的扭体反应的抑制明显优于相同有效剂量的正品威灵仙。结论:柱果铁线莲和山木通作为威灵仙在贵州地区应用具有一定的药效学基础。

Objective： To estimated the quality of Clematis Chinensis and it＇ s Conventional Varieties cultivated and used in Guizhou including Clematis uncinata and Clematis finetiana by the study of primary pharmacodynamies. Methods： Anti - inflammation effect of Clematis Chinensis and it＇ s Comfusable Varieties used in Guizhou were observed by mouse auricle swelling test induced by xylene, mouse pedal swelling test induced by carrageenin and cotton granuloma test in mouse , analgesic action observed by mouse acetic- acid- induced twisting test.Results： All of them can reduce pedal swelling, aurical swelling and cotton granuloma of mouse, and in- hibit twisting response of mice obviously.But in the same dose, Clematis uncinata is more efficient in mouse pedal swelling test and Clematis finetiana in mouse acetic - acid - induced twisting test then Clematis Chinensisin. Conclusion： Both Clematis uncinata and Clematis finetiana cultivated and used in Guizhou can be used as Clematis Chines.sis.
