摘要
用GYH-2型单膜式压力传感器和GJL-2型钢筋计测试了大体积筏形基础的钢筋应力、基底反力,同时还监测了基础沉降,掌握了第一手动态监测数据,总结出该种基础基底压力的分布规律和基础内力的实际状态。测试结果表明:筏形基础基底反力非理想均布,钢筋受力处于交变应力状态,应力最大值不超过钢筋设计强度的22%。说明基础钢筋仍在弹性范围内工作。
The GYH-2 membrane case manometer and GJL-2 reinforcement stressometer were used to test the reinforcement stresses, superimposed stress and settlement of large volume concrete foundation.First-hand dynamic data were thus monitored to and recorded to generalize the actual distributions of the back pressure and foundation's stress.Testing results showed that superimposed stress doesn't distribute evenly on bottom of large volume concrete raft foundation;Stress of reinforcements change alternately;The maximum tensile stress occurs at the midspan of slab and the maximum value as stress is about 22% lower than allowable strength of reinforcements.The reinforcement of foundation still works in the range of elasticity.
