佩尔地平抗高血压疗效及其对左室肥厚逆转的效应

Effect of perdipine in antihypertension and reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy

为了探讨佩尔地平抗高血压（EH）疗效及其对左室肥厚逆转的效应，观察了31例EH患者服用佩尔地平治疗前后血压及左室肥厚的变化。结果显示：①佩尔地平治疗后，患者收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压均明显降低，与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。②佩尔地平治疗EH总有效率为93．6％，其中显效率为61．3％，有效率为32．3％。③服佩尔地平12周后，患者左室内径、舒张期空间隔厚度和左室后壁厚度均缩小；左室重量（LVM）和左室重量指数（LVMI）亦降低，与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。④佩尔地平对扩张性、对称性和不对称性左室肥厚的LVM和LVMI均有降低作用，与治疗前比较均有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。认为，佩尔地平不仅具有较好的降压效果，而且对不同类型的左室肥厚均有明显的逆转效应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of perdipine in antihypertension and reversion ofleft ventricular hypertrophy. Methods:Blood pressure and left ventricular weight were examinedbefore and after administration of perdipine in 31 patients with essential hypertension. Results: (1)Systolic,diastolic and mean artery pressure were all decreased obviously after administration ofperdipine. There was significant difference compared with pre-treatment(P＜0. 01 ). (2) The totaleffective rate of perdipine in antihypertension was 93. 5%,including 61. 3 % marked effective rateand 32. 3% effective rate. (3) After 12 weeks treatment with perdipine,the LVID,IVST and PWTwere all decreased; LVM and LVMI were also lowered,there was significant difference comparedwith pre-treatment (＜0.01 ). (4) LVM and LVMI of dilated, symmetrical and unsymmetricaltypes of left ventricular hypertrophy could be all decreased by perdipine,significantly(P＜0. 01 ).Conclusion:Perdipine not only has better antihypertensive effect but also has reversional effect ondifferent types of left ventricular hypertrophy.
