摘要
对外掺橡胶粉改性水泥砂浆的基本物理力学性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:砂浆的含气量随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐提高;砂浆干密度与橡胶粉掺量呈非线性关系;与普通砂浆相比,该砂浆的抗压强度及抗折强度随着橡胶粉掺量的增加明显降低,最低强度下降分别为67.9%和49.0%。而且对橡胶粉采用了不同的预处理方法进行对比试验,结果表明复合方法的效果最好。同时,试验中还发现外掺橡胶粉水泥砂浆的破坏与普通砂浆的脆性破坏相比较截然不同,表现出一定的延性破坏特征。
An experimental study on physico-mechanical properties of the mortar added with crumb rubber is presented.The test result indicated that:With the crumb rubber increasing,the air content of the mortar added with crumb rubber gradually enhances;The dry bulk density of mortar with the rubber powder content is non-linear relationship; In comparison to control cement motar, the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar added with crumb rubber reduce obviously along with the rubber powder increasing,the lowest strength drops respectively by 67.9% and 49.0%.Moreover, different pretreatment methods to the rubber powder were carried on the trial, the result indicates the compound method was best.At the same time, the failure mode for the mortar added with crumb rubber exhibits a gradual yielding pattern which is often found in plasticity, and is different from the typical brittle fracture phenomenon observed for controlling cement mortar.
