摘要 无梁现浇混凝土GBF管空心楼盖具有自重小、刚度大、建筑使用功能好、施工便捷以及综合造价低等优点,该新型楼盖的施工重点是确保GBF管在混凝土浇筑时不发生移位和上浮,以及防止管底混凝土产生蜂窝孔洞。采用专门设计的"云梯状"定位钢筋和混凝土分步浇筑等措施,成功克服了GBF管空心楼盖的施工难点,保证了整个工程的施工质量。 GBF concrete hollow floor without beam is a new type structure with low weight and high rigidity,the architecture function of this floor is good and fit for cast in situ,while its price is low.Keeping the GBF tube from moving or floating and ensuring the concrete quality below the tube are the difficulties of construction for the floor.In the construction of the case given, a special fixing set is designed to ensure the quality of hollow floor,in the mean time,concrete is cast by two steps, by these measures, the quality of GBF concrete hollow floor without beam is ensured.
