高血压与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病继发冠心病的关系研究

Hypertension Relationship with NIDDM Combination Secondary CHD

对１０２例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）继发冠心病（ＣＨＤ）病例进行多个配比病例对照研究，主要探讨高血压与糖尿病继发冠心病的关系。通过条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析，发现既往高血压病史可增加ＮＩＤ－ＤＭ患者继发ＣＨＤ的危险，同时随目前收缩压水平升高ＮＩＤＤＭ患者继发ＣＨＤ的危险性加大。

The data based on 102 clinical comparative study were explored the risk factors for NIDDM patients with CHD from Mar.1995 to Mar.1996.The results were obtained from conditional logistic regression analysis.It was showed that the history of hypertension was a strong risk factor for secondary CHD and the higher of systolic blood pressure,the higher risk of se condary CHD became.
