摘要
研究目的:铁路穿越不良地质时,常常要采取一些工程措施加以解决,以满足相关规范和标准要求,尤其是客运专线铁路。CFG桩是武广铁路客运专线处理路基基底的一种比较先进的技术手段,能够满足工后沉降及列车高速运行的要求。本文着重研究CFG桩施工工艺及质量控制方法。研究结论:经过路基填筑、工后沉降评估、无砟轨道施工和一年多的观测验证,只要严格按照复合地基的原则处理,严格控制工艺过程的施工质量,施工后的路基工程沉降量完全可以达到设计标准,实现路、桥、隧标准要求的铁路轨道线形。
Research purposes: When the railway passes through the area with unfavorable geological conditions, it is necessary to take the engineering measures for satisfying the requirements of relative specifications and standards, especially the requirements of passenger dedicated line. CFG pile is an advanced technology for treating the subgrade base of Wuhan - Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line and it can satisfy the requirements of the construction - post subsidence and the high - speed running of train. This paper focuses on studying the construction technology of CFG pile and its quality control method. Research conclusions: The subgrade filling, construction -post subsidence evaluation, ballastless track laying and observation of them for over one year show if the treatment principle for composite foundation is well followed and the construction quality is effectively controlled for the whole construction process, the design requirements can be fully satisfied with the small construction - post subsidence of subgrade as the bridge and culvert, forming a perfect configuration of railroad, bridge and tunnel.
