研究目的:监控量测工作是一项系统复杂的工作,本文从多方面阐述监控量测实施全过程的作业程序、操作方法和实施要求,从而全面有效保证监控量测工作的顺利实施。研究结论:监控量测工作具有时效性、连续性和长期性的特点。监控量测实施人员必须熟知监控量测实施要点和管理程序,编制作业指导书或实施细则,量化指标,作为监控量测管理和操作依据,用于指导监控量测实施全过程。监控量测实施中应及时对量测数据进行分析处理和信息反馈,数据分析处理应结合对围岩和支护状态观察,综合判别,采用动态管理,按位移管理等级要求及时反馈于施工,指导施工组织和安排。监控量测信息反馈是监控量测实施控制中的薄弱点,也是重点控制环节。监控量测是防止隧道塌方和控制围岩变形的重要技术安全保证措施,是施工管理中重要的一环,应严格纳入工序管理中。

Research purposes： Monitoring measurement is a complicated and systematical work. This paper describes the whole process of monitoring measurement, including the operation program, operation method and implement requirement, for effectively guaranteeing the implement of monitoring measurement.
